Starting February 1, 2017

Bags and ice packs are a crucial part of our delivery process, which is why it is so important for us to collect a bag each time we deliver to you. We charge a one-time, refundable rental fee of $40 for the insulated cooler and ice packs the first time you place an order with us. When you are finished with the service, or if you’d like to pause your orders for an extended period of time, we will refund 100 percent of the deposit upon receiving the insulated bag and ice packs from your last delivery.  You can drop off the bag and ice packs at our location for a full refund, or we will collect the bag upon request and deduct a $10 pickup fee from your deposit. Please contact us regarding final bag pickups.

New customers will receive an insulated cooler and ice packs upon their first order. While you are using our service, you will stay in possession of one bag and one set of ice packs (six, to be exact). Each time you receive a delivery, place the previous order’s bag and ice packs out the night before or before 8 a.m. the morning of your delivery day. Keep in mind our delivery times vary. If you place the bag out on the morning of delivery, please do so before 8 a.m. If you have made other arrangements for bag pickup or drop-off, this does not apply to you.

Each time we deliver your order, we will drop a new bag with new ice packs and pick up the bag and ice packs from the previous order left out for us. If you do not leave your bag and ice packs out prior to our delivery, we will automatically charge $5  to your credit card on file. We only pick up a bag if we are delivering food, or if you have specifically requested a bag pickup. If we have delivered to you 10 consecutive times without collecting a bag, we will cease delivery until all of the bags have been returned.

We want our service to be as convenient and simple as possible. The satisfaction of our customers is our #1 priority. We do not want this policy to deter anyone from ordering! We understand some deliveries entail unique situations, and we are happy to discuss and accommodate special requests regarding deliveries or the insulated cooler bag pickup.
